Turkey Brie Sandwich
Grilled turkey on Ciabatta with brie cheese, sliced apple & cranberry sauce. Tastes a little like Thanksgiving!

Tuesday

Enchiladas (plant based option)
Corn tortillas filled w/chicken, onions & bell peppers cooked in a made from scratch red chili sauce topped w/cheese. OR go plant based w/grilled vegetables & roasted potatoes made w/vegan Daiya cheez. Both come w/Mexican rice, beans & guacamole.

Wednesday

Lasagna or Quinoa Salad (plant based option)
Meat lasagna w/salad & garlic bread. OR go plant based w/organic quinoa cooked w/lentils tossed w/roasted red peppers, zucchini, dried cranberries, green onions, fresh parsley & mint all tossed in lemon juice & olive oil. (Add chicken $2.50/salmon $4.75)

Thursday

Ahi Plate or Salad
Mixed greens, homemade herb dressing topped w/seared Ahi, terra vegetable chips & avocado or go with a plate made w/seared Ahi atop grilled vegetables, potatoes & terra chips.

Friday

Mediterranean Platter Vegan (Template) – Do not delete
Lentils cooked w/rice served w/salad made of diced cucumbers, tomatoes tossed in lemon juice & olive oil. Hummus & pita on side. Add chicken or salmon if you'd like
