Grilled chicken and ham w/fontina cheese, spinach & mayo on pressed sourdough bread, wedge fries on the side. Or go plant based w/a spin on meatloaf but vegan loaf made w/lentils, rice, celery, carrots, mushrooms, oats, onion, garlic and flaxseed topped w/spicy BBQ & a side salad.

Tuesday

Mole Plate (plant based option)
Beef emmoladas, Mexican rice and beans guacamole sour cream. Or go plant based w/vegan emmoladas w/soyrizo & potatoes. Side guacamole.

Wednesday

Spaghetti Alaputanesca
Jumbo shrimp served on top of spaghetti pasta, olives, capers, raisins, marinara sauce & garlic bread. 2 mini cannolinis on side for dessert.

Mixed greens homemade herb dressing topped w/seared Ahi, terra vegetable chips or go with a plate - seared Ahi drizzled w/herb dressing, grilled vegetables & potatoes & terra vegetable chips.
